All too often you only receive letters from customers pointing out the negative. I needed to write this letter to say THANK YOU for a job well done!
Building a workshop for our farming business was a huge undertaking that took us several years to bring to fruition. Wick Buildings seemed to offer quality building materials at a fair price. And we're extremely pleased to say Wick delivered on their promises. But materials, price and delivery don't give us a barn. My husband and I have exceptionally high standards in our work ethics and look for quality in all we purchase. Therefore. our next hurdle was to find a construction team that could provide results satisfactory enough to meet our expectations.
Lynnman Construction-a team of honest, no-nonsense business people led by Tom Flynn & Keith Pinkelman. From the moment we met, everything clicked. Tom & Keith seemed to provide answers to our questions before we asked them. And from the moment Lynnman arrived on the site, they showed that they were not just construction workers, not just men punching a clock to pay the bills, but a crew that worked like a well-oiled machine; fast-paced, highly efficient and considerate of you-your time, your property, your project. Never in our wildest dreams did we think we'd find a construction crew that could meet, let alone exceed, our exceptionally high expectations-but Lynnman Construction did! I know we already voiced our comments, but again we need to compliment Ben & Brick, as these gentlemen are not the norm that one could find in today's work force. These guys get out of their truck obviously motivated, and work together watching each other's back. They think one step ahead of what they're doing and keep the project moving at an exceptional pace. Many a day I could not believe what just these two individuals accomplished on the job! You Guys Rock!
In a few years we'll need a large equipment storage barn and I know who we'll be calling back, Lynnman Construction and Wick Buildings!

Although we have a few weeks left of construction before moving into our equine facility, we are extremely pleased with both our Wick Building and with our contractor, Lynnman Construction. Fit and finish was the best, top notch. A great product and built well. Made other barns look cheap. Even the delivery driver did a great job.
We enjoyed doing business with Keith. He was very prompt. If he said materials were being delivered at a certain time and date, they were. Building up by a certain time, it was. We can not believe how perfect it was put up and complete.

Our original meetings were with builder, (name hidden), which were very disappointing and caused us to look elsewhere. I then met Keith at an equine trade show who was able to restore our faith in Wick Buildings. Keith, Tom and the crew were friendly, informative and a pleasure to work with. Our calls were always returned (including evenings and Sundaysto deal with my concerns, no matter how small. I will refer Wick Buildings and Lynnman Construction whenever the opportunity arrives.
